Appointments are essential for all treatments. Credit Card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided for all treatments exceeding one hour at the time of booking. If using a Gift Certificate, please quote your Certificate reference number at the time of booking and present your Certificate prior to your treatment. Remember to make your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so you can enjoy refreshments, fill out a personalised client form and relax.

Gift Certificates may be arranged by phone or email, and will be gift wrapped. Gift Certificates are available for all treatments and products.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos for treatments and products.

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 48 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
